The Brazilian striker has fallen further down the pecking order at the San Siro this summer and reports in Italy had linked Arsenal and Manchester City with a loan move.
“Either he will stay at Inter or he would rather be sold outright,” said agent Gilmar Rinaldi.
“We spoke a lot on Sunday and decided to take a night to think before we discuss things.
"One thing is certain – the idea of a loan surprised us both.”
